College football, NFL and NHL data

Schedules, scores, rosters, injury information, and team logos come from ESPN's public sports data. College football statistics also use CollegeFootballData.com. NHL schedules, standings, game feeds, and player statistics come from the NHL's public stats services (api-web.nhle.com and api.nhle.com). NFL game-day weather uses the National Weather Service. Sportsbook lines shown for reference come from The Odds API.

BreakRoom normalizes these sources and uses them in its own ratings and projections; these are derived outputs, not official figures. None of these providers sponsors or endorses BreakRoomCFB, and team names and logos belong to their owners.

nflverse

Our NFL research uses roster, depth-chart, and player-statistics datasets from the nflverse project and its contributors. The nflverse-data repository publishes these datasets under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.

BreakRoom filters and normalizes source records, joins them with other football data, and uses them in its own ratings and projections. These are modified and derived outputs, not official nflverse ratings. nflverse does not sponsor or endorse BreakRoomCFB.

The source license applies to the material it covers. Team logos, names, and other third-party material have their own rights; this credit does not grant rights to those assets.
